ייבוא

ייבוא היא פעולה שבה סחורות מוכנסות לתוך תחום השיפוט של רשות מסוימת על ידי מקורות חיצוניים. לעיתים קרובות פעולה זו כרוכה במעבר של הגבול בין מדינות. הגורם שמכניס את הסחורה לתחום השיפוט נקרא היבואן.

היבואן עבור הארץ המקבלת משמש כמייצא של המדינה שממנה נשלחה הסחורה. יבוא ויצוא הם הבסיס לעסקאות פיננסיות של סחר בינלאומי.

בסחר בינלאומי, יבוא ויצוא של סחורות מוגבלים על ידי מכסות יבוא. תחומי שיפוט מדיניים יכולים להטיל מס על ייבוא וייצוא של סחורות. בנוסף, יבוא ויצוא של סחורות כפופים להסכמי סחר בין מדינות שונות.
